生物柴油用離子交換介質
Tulsion® T-45 BD Macro 是一款特級的基于含有磺酸基團的交聯(lián)聚苯乙烯基質的固體酸催化劑。
Tulsion® T-45 BD Macro 通過控制粒徑的大小而制造合成，應用在許多流程工業(yè)當中。
生物柴油生產的*步是脂肪酸的酯化反應和甘油三酯的酯交換反應，這些都發(fā)生在原料油階段。這個過程產生一個脂肪酸酯或者是疏水相的“生物柴油”部分和親水相的*部分。
Tulsion® T-45 BD Macro在凈化步驟中,可以去除生物柴油中微量的甘油，肥皂，催化劑和離子類鹽等，以展現出生物柴油的轉換效率，優(yōu)良的物理特性，化學穩(wěn)定性和其他操作特性等。
Tulsion® T-45 BD Macro可以在廣泛的溫度以及PH范圍內使用。
