如何進行三螺桿泵配套機械密封的更換安裝，必須遵循以下幾點：

（1）螺桿泵出廠序列號、機械密封的型號、規(guī)格是否正確以及是否為帶有黃山天曼泵業(yè)有限公司三螺桿泵機械密封件標識標志，質(zhì)量是否符合標準；密封安裝前，應確認產(chǎn)品型號及規(guī)格與設(shè)備要求*

（2）靜環(huán)尾部防轉(zhuǎn)槽端與防轉(zhuǎn)銷頂部應保持1mm-2mm的軸向間隙，以免緩沖失效。

（3）動、靜環(huán)端面用酒精清洗干凈，其余金屬件用汽油清洗并用潔凈的壓縮空氣吹干，仔細檢查務必保證動、靜環(huán)密封面沒有任何損傷。損傷和破裂的均不能更換。裝配前，兩件“O”形橡膠密封圈應涂上機械密封標準一層潤滑油膏，動、靜環(huán)端面不許涂油。

（4）在安裝密封的軸，腔體及壓蓋等與輔助密封圈接觸處均勻涂油（注：對乙丙橡膠、或介質(zhì)不允許注入潤滑油的情況下，可涂抹植物油或肥皂水。把機械密封套上軸，按設(shè)計的工作高度安裝到位。過壓蓋通孔，采用對角線交叉擰緊方式，用螺栓將整個密封與密封腔體（泵蓋）聯(lián)接擰緊機械密封配有輔助系統(tǒng)時，按標示正確連接管路。

（7）將組裝好的靜環(huán)部分和動環(huán)部分組裝好。
